Service Description

Please understand that It takes 72 hours for many symptoms to appear. And sometimes symptoms can take up to 1 to 2 months before they appear. According to PIP law, if you were injured in an automobile accident, you have a right to seek treatment, In most cases, the auto insurance will bill PIP or Med Pay (your personal insurance or the “at fault” party involved in the accident). In some both causes, the bill will go to your attorney, if applicable. Why you should seek Chiropractic Care? Whether or not you feel pain, you more than likely sustained an injury. Now when you go to an allopathic physician (medical doctor, hospital, urgent care) they will analyze you for acute bone fractures, internal bleeding, open wounds, head trauma, etc. However, they do not address any misalignment that may have occurred in the spine or any shifting in the pelvis. In other words, Chiropractic Care provides both short and long term care to help your body heal from the trauma and injuries. Pain medicine will not realign your spine, nor will time. Physical therapy, though great in many instances, is not the same as Chiropractic Care. Physical therapy involves exercising and stretching the area(s) effected, which is good, however, the misalignment of the spine and important too. Untreated injuries can create short and long term health problems. In fact, most patients who seek Chiropractic Care in our office, are being treated for unresolved issues from previous injuries. Should I retain an attorney? Many patients are treated and have their cases resolved without the use of an attorney; however, certain cases do require that the patient retains an attorney. What is the cost of retaining an attorney? The cost associated with retaining an attorney varies; however, most often there are no up front costs. With personal injury cases, the attorney simply receives a percentage of the final settlement. Please note: all attorneys do not work the same way; some attorneys dictate their client’s the medical care. Does your office accept letters of protection? Yes, we do accept signed letters of protection from your attorney.
